Shipping & Delivery Policy
SoCal Smokey, Inc. Return and Delivery Policy
As a Buyer you may cancel your first order at any time within 24 hours of receipt of your order via socalsmokeyinfo@gmail.com
To initiate a return or cancel a transaction.
STEP 1. Notify Support. Please include your Invoice Number (found on the right, upper column on the invoice) and the reason for the return, or cancellation socalsmokeyinfo@gmail.com
STEP 2. The Support Department will begin the return process.
STEP 3. (For Returns) Re-package the product/packaging (opened and unopened) and send them to:

You are responsible for the shipping costs for this returned package if none of the contents arrived damaged. Pictures of any damaged products for return must be sent to socalsmokeyinfo@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of said order. SoCal Smokey will be responsible for return shipping costs on any damaged products or orders.
STEP 4. You may wish to ship your return through UPS or USPS Priority Mail to receive a tracking number and to ensure we receive the product. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments that is the responsibility of customers.
STEP 5. After we have received and approved your request, you will be credited back the refund for the item(s), including any tax paid, on the same payment method that you used to purchase the order. NOTE: The refund for the item(s) does not include any shipping and handling charges, nor any other fees that the customer may be responsible for.
STEP 6. Processing of refunds may take up to 30 days from the date the returned package is received in our warehouse.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
All buy-backs and refunds are subject to state law where applicable.
Delivery Policy
Product will be shipped approximately two to four weeks of your order via USPS or other National carrier. This delivery time does not include custom orders or special orders of any kind.
Your representative will notify you verbally if longer lead times apply on our standard non custom or non special order products. If you would like to request a different method of delivery then our standard method, please contact us at: socalsmokeyinfo@gmail.com

ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS, 21 years where laws apply, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM PURCHASING OR USING THE INFINITY DROPP™. The Infinity Dropp™ is intended for legal use only. Any illegal use of the Infinity Dropp™ is strictly prohibited.
